|Workshop in Panama|

An expert workshop was held in Panama City, between September 30th and Oct 1st, 2011 with 22 experts on climate change and water and economics as well as policymakers from different countries (Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panamá, Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Perú, Chile, Uruguay). This group meets to discuss and tried to refine a relevant agenda for conducting research in LAC. The workshop consisted of a participatory process, which combined: previous inputs and inputs presented at the workshop. The work in groups and plenary discussions had a central place in the general programming of the event.
